The Spouts are small creatures living on the clouds and travel the world over the skies. They can stand on the water and even mist would carry them so they can travel on the clouds and appear almost at any place.
With a spout tip on the top of the head, they can push water in special ways and styles. Each of them has a unique and differently shaped spout on the top of the head and can make very specific water streams or sprinkle effects.
Some can make a rain effect or a pouring flow, other Spouts can make fog, or just trickling drops of water from their spout tips. And it will fall from the skies any time they want.
However, they also could produce water effects without intention, just when they get too emotional, sad or amused. And this happens very often because some of them are restless and curious.
The six Spout friends are traveling on the cloud towards the city Santa Barbarbara on the Pacific coast. Will you be lucky to spot them from the ground?
